Delivery and Returns

Delivery
Pukka Tents offers an insured, recorded delivery service. Please contact us for delivery quotes outside of the UK/EU, or if your Region/Country/State is not listed below.

Standard UK Mainland delivery cost is free on orders of £70 or more (excl Highlands & Offshore). This also excludes our handmade Pukka Stoves, which will still incur shipping charges within the UK as below. Delivery costs to the Highlands, Offshore, Northern Ireland and the EU will vary, dependent upon weight and delivery location. We allow 7 working days for delivery from receipt of your order/full payment. However in most cases your order is taken on Day 1, it is despatched on Day 2, and delivery will be on Day 3. We will contact you by email if delivery is likely to be delayed beyond these periods, giving you the option to cancel your order. We always do our utmost to deliver orders promptly but we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by our courier service. We may deliver the goods in instalments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery. Some items on our site are shipped direct from other manufacturers and will be shipped as separate packages..
 
All shipping is charged at cost and Pukka Tents does not profit in any way.
 
Pukka Tents will take all reasonable steps to deliver the goods within the stated period but shall not incur any liability whatsoever due to any consequences of delayed delivery or carrier damage. 
 
Delivery cost
Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs shall be charged in addition to the price of the goods themselves and will vary according to the delivery address, weight and size of the goods ordered, and the method of delivery required. As a guide our following delivery charges (incl VAT) apply to individual tents/tarps and Pukka stoves:

Returns
If you change your mind and wish to return your product to us for any reason Pukka Tents operates a 14-day returns policy in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Items can only be returned by prior arrangement – please contact us by email at support@pukkatents.co.uk, or by post to Pukka Tents, Stadhaugh Manor, Banyards Green, Laxfield, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP13 8ER, UK – quoting your order number and postcode. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging, seals, and all other wrapping intact and must be fit for resale. Once we have received and checked the returned product Pukka Tents will process a full refund in the same form of payment as originally used. For returns of this nature Pukka Tents do not refund any shipping costs.
 
Faulty / Damaged Goods
If goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery please contact Pukka Tents within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will, at our discretion, either deliver replacement goods or refund the price paid. We may also require that the faulty or damaged goods are returned to Pukka Tents for inspection prior to a replacement or refund being agreed. We will liaise with you to arrange for the collection of returning goods using our own couriers. We will collect all returning goods within 14 days of both parties agreeing they shall be returned. If you are unable to accommodate a collection within those 14 days, the faulty goods will be deemed to be non-returnable and neither a refund nor a replacement will be given at a later date.
 
Note: ‘Faulty Goods’ means manufacturing faults such as stitching and waterproofing. It does not apply to mould, or damage caused through bad weather, general wear and tear, misuse, negligence or inappropriate/poor maintenance.
 
Your legal and statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by our returns policy.
