There has recently been a surge in sellers offering bell tents for sale. This is not necessarily a bad thing but it can be overwhelming when you’re searching the web for a decent tent for a fair price. But this can be very, very confusing for people. It’s also very dependent on when and how you will use your tent.
I have had people phone up one week to ask questions, only to have them phone up again several weeks (and even in a few cases months) later, by which time they are totally confused, cannot remember who they’ve spoken to about what and have basically gone ‘tent blind’.
In a nutshell, ask the seller questions. Check the specs carefully. And if there are no published/online specs ask for them. Ensure that you know exactly what you are buying. Call a seller up and ask why you would be better off buying their tent! I’d be happy to speak to you!!
